1. Create a Team Folder called Customers
2. Within the Customers folder, create a folder for each customer.
3. Right click on the folder belonging to the customer and click Share >> New External Share Link
4. Give the share a name and set the Access Level to Upload.
It is advisable to set a password for the share, as this will be a publicly accessible link. The password will be required to view the contents of the folder.
Switch off Allow Downloads.
Note: Just to be aware that while downloads will not be possible from within the link, it is still possible to click files within the folder to preview them (ie PDF, DOC files etc).
For extra security you can enable Request User Data, which will create a log of who accessed the folder (based on information they enter).
5. Once created, a link will be generated which can be copied and emailed to customers. Alternatively, the link can be sent directly from this screen to the customer.
6. At any time, you can right click on the folder and click Share to modify or delete the public link.
