Outlook Link Issues (Fatal Exception etc)

1. Uninstall GoldMine.

2. Delete all traces of GoldMine folders (program files x86 and ProgramData).

3. Delete c:\users\AppData\Roaming\GMOutlook.

4. Delete c:\users\AppData\Local\Microsoft_Corporation.

5. Run CCleaner registry cleaner.

6. Reinstall GoldMine.

7. Open command prompt as administrator and run the following:

- cd C:\Windows\SYSWOW64
- regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\GoldMine\RedemptionGM9.dll"

8. Log into GoldMine and configure Outlook link.

If unable to read GoldMine settings, open the registry and go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\FrontRange Solutions\GoldMine

and ensure that SysDir is pointing to the correct location (default is ProgramData which will not point to the GoldMine files)
