Re-assigning your email address to the correct Zoho CRM instance

Option 1: Deletes all Zoho services connected to your email address

 

1. Log into accounts.zoho.com (or accounts.zoho.eu depending on which server you're using) with your email address.

2. Click Preferences and select Close Account. This closes your account for all Zoho services.

3. Once done, ask your CRM administrator to send you an invite from the corporate CRM.
    Check your spam for the invite if you know they have sent it and you haven't received it.

4. Click the link, assign yourself a password and you'll be part of the corporate CRM.

 

Option 2: Only deletes your email address from the CRM instance

 

1. Log into your CRM.

2. Go to SETUP (menu under the little wrench top right)

3. Select Company Details (under General) and scroll down.

4. Select  Delete CRM account.

5. Once done, ask your CRM administrator to send you an invite from the corporate CRM.
    Check your spam for the invite if you know they have sent it and you haven't received it.

6. Click the link, assign yourself a password and you'll be part of the corporate CRM.
