Zoho Desk - Edit other agents articles (solutions)
You can now enable 'Update/Delete All KB articles' permission, for non-admins as well.
'Setup > Users and Control > Permissions > Profiles' as shown in the screenshot attached below.
However, this option would be accessible only for the portals where New UI, includes MultiLingual beta activated portals, is enabled. Drop us an email at "support@zohodesk.com" to have this permission enabled on your portal.
