1 - Log out of GoldMine and all Microsoft Office programs
2 - Go to Start, Run and type the following: %userprofile%
3 - Open AppData folder and Click on Local folder (If AppData folder is not visible show hidden files and folders)
4 - Delete the folder called Microsoft_Corporation
5 - Go to AppData folder and click on the Roaming folder
6 - Delete the GMOutlook folder
7 - Open GoldMine and Microsoft Outlook.
8 - Click the GoldMine tab in Microsoft Outlook.
9 - Click the button "Setup GoldMine Plus"
10 - Click the button "Read GoldMine Settings"
11 - After message appears that GoldMine settings were read successfully, verify the settings on the Options tab are as desired >> Click "Close" button.
12 - Close Microsoft Outlook and GoldMine - re-open both Microsoft Outlook and GoldMine >> verifying the error does not happen.
NOTE: If the above steps fail to address this, please follow Knowledge Article 11685. This is very similar but includes also an uninstall and reinstall of GoldMine Plus for Microsoft Outlook.
